Hi ! i m in Russia bought 7730 on ebay and it came without BES, the seller told me to send the BB back so they can install the software but its too expensive to sending and receiving it back.

is there any software i can download which solve the problem with this device and i can use both email and browser.

When i go in options both of these menu's are blanck, if i try to open browser it tells me to contact the service provider... phone and sms works fine...

You *must* have a BlackBerry Data Plan on your account in order to use a browser (or e-mail) on your BB. Without a BlackBerry Data Plan all you will have is phone and SMS.

Contact your service provider if you need to have that added.

Hi there are 2 types of BB solutions available, one is for corporations and another is for individuals.

How i can have BB internet service software on my device. Enterprise solution and bes server is for corporations.

I am sure i can use email if i have options open to enter the details for server etc and have gprs plan.

i have spoken to couple of people and they use BB device from vodafone and change the sim when travel...

What i think i am missing is service book enteries. once i try to connetc to internet through browser it gives me an error:
" your device does not have any browser configuration service book enteries please contact your service provider to enable the browser on your device"

You *MUST* have a BlackBerry Plan. Professional, at home, whatever. You are missing the service books because you do not have a BlackBerry Data Plan.
