Default Help me ["Error reading initilazation file" when running OS4 upgrade]

I have BlackBarry 7290 ,and I wont to upgrade with new handheld system software. I have file :7290E_PBr4[1].0.0_rel274_PL1.8.0.129_A4.0.0.219-Cingular.exe:. Wen I start this software massage is :Error reading initilazation file:

What I must do to ugrade software for BlacBarry 7290.

Upgrades have been discussed time and time again. Try reading one of the stickies at the top of each forum or Mark's FAQ. I have detailed instruction on upgrading/downgrading/installing new software on your device.

You might want to try redownloading the 7290 handheld code as well. It could be corrupted.

(1) Just moved to RIM Software; where this is more appropriate.
(2) It's best to post a descriptive title.

If you get this error immediatley after executing this file, this file download is probably corrupted, or that there are other problems such as in Windows. You should re-download again...
