Angry Upgrade to V.4 problem

Please Login to Remove!

I am trying to install the V.4 on my 7290 but i can't get it on the handheld...
there must be something am im missing there...
Help please !

I did before and did it again... there's nothing that explains how to do it.
I downloaded, the latest version, clicked on it and then tried to install it usint the loader application from the BB desktop manager... and nothing happens. It can't find a file to install.
Any help ?

Download the file. Execute it. Locate and delete "Vendor.XML" on your C: drive. Start Desktop Manager.

Away you go.
