i want it like brand new i have a 7290

You can do a factory reset by going to Options, Security Options, General Settings - push in the wheel and choose Wipe Handheld and follow the direction. This will wipe everything so make sure that you have everything backed up or don't care about it...

Yes and no...

Wipe removes ALL _USER_ data... If you installed other programs that you want removed, then you'll have to do a more intense wipe (look below in this subforum for my thread "how do I flash my BB ROM" and read that last few posts by John Clark(?) he explains how to use a JAva commandline tool to fully erase ALL data, including programs.
