Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan on your account? Not unlimited data or gprs a specific BlackBerry Data Plan? No BlackBerry Data Plan = no data, just voice and SMS.

Well I don’t have a specific data plan but I am able to receive emails because I have an email account through Cincinnati Bell. But I use to have a Palmone Treo 600 and I was on the same plan nothing changed just switched phones and I was able to send and receive emails on it.
