download attached ZIP file
1. Extract the two files to known directory I recommend C:\
2. Connect BB to the computer via USB
3. On the computer get to the command prompt, if you have XP click on start run and type cmd hit enter
4. Type javaloader -u load <Pathfilename>

Your BB will reboot once or twice don't panic, you can read Arabic and Hebrew emails, webpages, SMS ... etc.

It took me an entire day to figure this out, with the help of other posters here and there. I know some of you might not care but this is important for anyone who would like to read in their native language.

Thanks its working.

I bought a bb 8300 from England and am trying to read Arabic sms and emails on Vodafone Egypt. I have tried all the above. Doesn't seem to work. Can someone help me in a "help for dummies" sort of way? Which 2 files do I have to extract? Thanks

Did you install the arabic firmware version on your 8300? If not do this or install any other mutlilanguage version. All multilanguage versions of the device firmware (4.2.1 and newer, file name starts with 8300M) contain arabic support. During the firmware installation make sure to select "Arabic" from the application list.
