Default Question regarding email filters

Please Login to Remove!

Im trying to setup an email filter but so far not having much luck. Basically all i am trying to do is have emails with a specific word in the subject remain on my desktop and not forward to my bb. I have gone into mail>options>email filters and created a filter which has the word i want to filter in the subject. Then for action i have selected "Do not forward". I saved the filter and have it checked however i am still receiving emails with the specific phrase in the subject. I also have the option "If no filters apply, send email to handheld" to "Yes". Is there something i am forgetting to do here? Any one have any ideas as to why this isnt working? It's driving me nuts :(

thx

If you select "No" to "If no filters apply, send email to handheld", no emails will be pushed to your blackberry. This is what I use to turn off email push while I am at the computer.

I can't think why your phrase filter isn't working though, sorry.
