Question BlackBerry 7250 Problem - 02-01-2007, 03:39 PM

Hey. I recently got a Blackberry 7250 but can't seem to figure out how to update it and make it compatible with the computer so I can transfer images, ringtones and programs. Any ideas on how I can fix this? I was reading through the forums on getting the device software... but I can't seem to find it for this particular device. It was originally with Rogers... but the phone has been unlocked so that I can use it with my Fido SIM.

See if you can find details for the 7520. Basically the same device. The 7250 is pretty limited to what you can transfer via the desktop manager (which I assume you are using).

Your best bet, from what I can tell, is to email the files to yourself or post them up on a webserver that you can get to.

Hope that helps.

You can not send images & ringtones with the cable.
You can load programs with the cable.
All the info you need is in the forum...
