Hi, I recently became a Blackberry pearl owner, thanks to e-bay, but it seems to be missing an application to set up a pop e-mail account. If you can forgive this newbie request, is there anyway to load a stock t-mobile firmware so that all the missing apps get put back onto my phone. I tried the latest firmware, but still it only has set up enterprise, no internet connection settings. Perhaps there is another firmware I can load that has the software i am missing, maybe I'm not missing the software, and just need to master reset the unit, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan on your account? No other data plans matter - it must be a BlackBerry Data Plan. Once you have one, the browser and Setup E-Mail icons will be pushed down over the air.
