Unhappy 7100t calculator

I can't figure the thing out. The calculator app that came with my 7100t T-mobile UK version. You'd think it'd be easy but the on-screen buttons don't relate very closely to the keypad. Can I scrap it and replace with a more user-friendly one?

If you upgrade your handheld OS to 4.0, the calculator should become usable...though it doesn't work well with some of the older themes.
