Default intellisync help

Please Login to Remove!

when trying to sync the device i recieve the following error message

no outlook or ms exchange folders appear to be configured
please run intellisync configure, and make sure all selected applications have asscociated outlook/ms exchange folders.

i have checking the programs in IE and the y are all pointing to outlook, users profile has been setup for the exchange, yet when i try to browse to the folder under one of the applications i have no response

any ideas would be much appreciated....

First, start Outlook in connected mode before starting Desktop Manager.

If DM still complains, try reconfiguring DM through Add/Remove programs - Modify. Make sure you're set up correctly - BES/Enterprise, BES/Redirector, BIS.
