whats the deal with daylight savings will my device not change when my computer changes? and what does OTA mean?

that whole link is like a foreign language to me!! im going insane, it has became much clearer since i got my BB how little i know about IT stuff and the lingo associated with it

i installed that a while ago and it caused my phone to behave oddly. eg..when an email came in and i pulled it out of the holster, it didnt open it. it seemed as if the phone didnt differentiate the holster mode anymore. reinstalled it and the same behavior occurred. using 7130e with latest sprint software
