Default Problem synchronizing Outlook's home address

Please Login to Remove!

Win 2K SP-4
Outlook 2K SR-1
BB 6280
DM 4.0 (downloaded and installed 4.0.0.33, although Help About says 4.0.0.30)

The ability to synchronize both the business address and home address from Outlook was supposedly put into DM 4.0. But I can't get it to write out the home address fields to the BB (business address works fine). I tried numerous custom mapping schemes (although I'd be quite happy with the default mappings if they actually worked). The only home address field that I can get it to write to the BB is the street, but I can't get city, state, and zip. As far as I know, I'm running the latest-and-greatest DM 4.0. Any ideas for a fix or workaround? Thanks much, Joe

Joe, as a workaround you could always map the User Defined fields to home address city, state, and zip. No idea why it's not picking those up, though I'm having kind of the same issue...
