Default Theme and crash problem...

I saw the answer to this problem listed in a thread earlier, but for the life of me can't find the answer...

Anyway, I tried to back out of verichat while it was loading, and since then I've been getting a "max connections opened" error msg. I did a soft reboot, and came back to some ridiculous OS that I've never seen. Black and white....

Help, how do I revert back to the original 4.0 OS? Thanks...
