Hi I run into a challenge after upgrading from 4.0 to 4.1 SP3.
When i open Blackberry Manager console the server shows "gray" and is not managable.... (devices are able to send and receive without a problem so it looks like a access right problem).
I opened "Blackberry Manager-Security Administrator Authority" console and under Blackberry Domain, Role Administration I see that there are no administrators for the roles.
I tried adding the account that I use to logon to to the roles but it tells me that "permissions prevent it".
How, as i am logged in with the user that have all the rights on the BES and SQL server can I get my server "green" again so that I can manage devices/users ?

I hope that this is an easy thing and that I have just looked over something.

I have exacly the same problem in my environment. Mails are sent and received but any other option is greyed (like "add user", properties...)
Does someone has any idea?
