This has been a sporadic issue with a few users in our company. We have tried everything to fix this issue. I have spent hours on the phone with RIM support with no luck. Our Notes Admin's are trying to find information on this issue because they have never seen this problem.
This is what we have done with no luck:
-Ran a repair on the Notes mail file
-installed new desktop manager
-installed new BB software
-Gave one user a new computer and new BB and still had the same issue
-Got the log files and gave them to RIM. They found nothing wrong.
-Compressed mail file's
-Changed BB cradle and changed it to USB.
-Set the Connection Settings to the lowest Speed
-Cleared the tasks & calendar in the Handheld
