Noob here. I am the MIS person at my company and ever since we upgraded our Exchange server from 2000 to 2003 and Outlook from XP to 2003, two of our users cannot sync their Blackberry 6510 with Outlook.
I have been round and round with Nextel, and they finally sent me here. Microsoft says it's a Nextel/BB issue--not theirs.
Basically, ever since the upgrade, when I open the Configure PIM, the application crashes. I've upgraded to the most recent everything. Changed out the hardware, and even turned off the cache mode in Outlook. No go. Crash, crash and crash...
Not even any log entries.
