Default Intermittent sync problem BB to Outlook

Please Login to Remove!

I'm using BB 7290, Cingular, with the latest desktop and BB 4.0 download. I am using Outlook at work for contacts, but not e-mail.

I have a similar problem to richguy, but I haven't been able to solve it.

My problem is this: My first sync goes just fine. I'm notified of any changes from the BB to PC and vice versa. However, any subsequent sync appears to go just fine, but any changes on the BB do not update on the PC. I don't even get the notification. It all appears to go well, no notifications or errors, but no update. Changes on the PC go to the BB just fine.

If I reset by taking out the battery, the next sync goes smoothly. Then subsequent syncs bring back the problem. Any help would be appreciated.
