Default automatically clearing browser cache

Please Login to Remove!

I'm using a 7230 and upgraded the OS to version 4 (vodafone uk).
How can I set a option to delete the browser cache automatically, whenever I leave the browser (the old RBRO trick)? Today I was fooled again when the browser displayed a page from yesterday (traffic news) and I was stuck in a traffic jam ;-((

Default another issue

Oh I forgot. Another browser issue is "image placeholder". I have disabled "show images" and "show image placeholders" but the browser will still display a placeholder (wich can be quite annoying if there are lage images on a site).

Thanks
