Question Can't delete e-mails on 8703e

Please Login to Remove!

For some reason I can not delete e-mails from my Verizon 8703e- I try but they stay. Nothing I have tried works- hard reset, on/off, sync with Outlook. Nothing.

I had to have my BES account at work switched to a T-mobile 7290 when I went to France so my Verizon was not receiving e-mails BUT was still active as a phone. When I returned, we switched the e-mail account back to Verizon. No e-mails from before when we reactivated the account on the Verizon unit can be deleted. I had to go through a full Enterprise Activation upon my return.

Any ideas on what to do. I really do not want to totally wipe the unit but if I must, I must.

Thanks for any help.
