Just finished doing Enterprise Activation on a new Pearl for the CEO's Personal Assistant. As I was heading over to hand it to her I had the idea she was going to ask me how she can view the CEO's calendar from her Blackberry and sure enough that's one of the first questions I was asked.

I've never heard of anyone doing this and it's not in any of the PDFs on the Desktop Manager CD. Does anyone know if it can be done or any 3rd party tools that can do it. I dont' want to turn round to her and just say No!

By default, RIM BB Software cannot access anyone else's calendar but yours. No delegation possible.

I've rigged a few BBs to get someone else's calendar on it by doing the following...

Assuming you're running Exchange / Outlook:

Add the other person's mailbox to their Outlook profile
Turn off wireless calendar sync
Change the PIM sync settings in Desktop Manager to sync the Calendar folder in the other user's mailbox.

It won't have wireless sync and it won't show them their personal calendar anymore, but if they need to have the other person's calendar this will let them manually sync it to their BB.

i would just suggest she put the CEO's calendar entries in her own calendar also. the previous posts were correct. you can only sync one person's calendar with the device calendar.
