Default help with desktop software

Please Login to Remove!

I just got a blackberry 7510 activated and went to load applications and was using the application loader wizard with the blackberry software with no luck.

see attached image.



Can someone please help or advice me what to do?

Download the latest handheld software for your BB from the carrier web site. All of them are listed in the sticky thread about installing BB v4.0 on your handheld. That should resolve the problem. The Desktop Manager that comes on the CD does not include the appropriate handheld OS software.
