Default redirector doesnot start!

Please Login to Remove!

hi ladies, gents -
i'm quite new to the forum - and after searching - i could not find a solution for my problem:

bb 7100v, bb handheld sw 4.0, bb desktop 4.0:
using MobileEmail
windows xp, office 2003, imap-connection via mapi/outlook!

i want to use redirector, as we are using oracle outlook with oracle collabsuite:

i can sync, i also found a way to sync calender, note, contacts; but rediretor does not start:
"Desktop Redirector hat ein Problem festgestellt und muss beendet werden." - what means: redirector encountered a problem and has to be derminated ..

the solutions found in and here are similiar: either reinstall bb desktop or recreate mapi-profile -

i did both serveral times and on different machines - but still same error:
turned logging on: last 4 lines:
[40467] (04/27 21:24:50):{0x938} MAPI32.DLL loaded from C:\WINDOWS.0\system32\MAPI32.dll

any ideas from you?!

Desktop Redirector only works with Microsoft Exchange. When it can't find Exchange, it closes.
