I have always used tmobile with my BB's. I just switched back from the pearl to the 8700g. I went into the tmobile BIS site to send back my emails but my @tmo.blackberry.net email address is gone and I clicked on "add a new blackberry.net email address" but it won't let me because it says its already occupied. It is occupied by me but I can't access it. Why? Please help.

Call T-Mo and they will 3 way call you with RIM... They will recover it for you....

When I tried this a while back they stated they would no longer be doing this. I'd still try it though, this was like a year ago.

Ahhhhh. might be right... Last time I did it was about 2 years ago.....
