I'm unable to uninstall an application on my 7250 with 4.1 OS
when I try to uninstall it, I got the error message "unable to remove berry411. It is required by IT policy application control"

on my BES, I've created a new "plain" IT policy to be sure it wasn't something from that and even with applying that new IT policy, I have the same error message

anyone got an idea ?

Use java loader to remove the .cod file.
the command line should look something like this:
javaloader -usb erase -f berry411.cod

You can also try deleting the modules for the application.

I have to do that over a lot of BB...

it has to be from the BB itself, that will be instructions I will send to users. Most user don't even know how to use a computer...

this is what I try to do , removing the application from the application list..

I've even tried to change permission manualy of the modules and I still can'T
