Default How do you figure out which program crashed BB?

Please Login to Remove!

I'm still sort of new to the BB and I recently had my device crash, and reset itself. I'm trying to narrow down the program that did it and why since I did not get an error message, just a blank screen and an hour glass. Is there a way I can recall what caused the crash? If so, how?

Thank you,
Erik

On the main page, hold down the ALT key while typing L G L G. That will bring up the log, which you can scroll to the bottom to read the newest entries and give you some insight to the crash.
Good luck.

Thank you. I cleared the log so next time it happens I can go straight to the log, I did way too much since the crash to look through pages of logs.
