Default Can't sync to my new laptop

Please Login to Remove!

Got a new laptop from work. We are an exchange shop, non-BES, running Outlook 2003. So I installed the Blackberry 4.0 software and stuck my 7290 in. Then clicked on the Configure PIM button but whenever I select MS Outlook...I get a message saying:

The file or database name associated with MS Outlook is missing, invalid or points to a file of zero length. Use the Browse button to locate the file or database you wish to use with this application.

Well the Browse button is grayed out so I can't browse to my Outlook folder. I found a direct hit on google, but the only viable solution I saw was to create a new Outlook profile, but then that causes the issue of having to login to one profile to get my mail and another to get my contacts, calender, tasks, etc. Seems stupid. Thanks in advance.
