Unhappy Outlook 2003 Sync Issues

Please Login to Remove!

Hi All,
First post here but looks like I should be able to get some feedback on my issue. I have a user who we just setup and new computer for running XP SP2 and Outlook 2003. He has a 7520 using the latest DMS 4[1].2 SP1. On his old system using a later version of Outlook and DMS he could sync without isseus, now it will not sync his calendar items. I have tried all the fixes I could find here but nothing has worked. I enabled advanced logging and here is what I get from the PtTrace.log file. I hope someone here can help. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried resetting the calender database on the blackberry side then resync? sometimes it gets corrupted, especially on changeover. Launch the desktop manager, find the advance button and delete off ONLY the calender database. Then resync.

Before that, check obviously that user have map the profile correctly to the correct outlook profile.

Hi Ideasmiths,
Thanks for the reply. I have verified the corrected profile is mapped with Outlook. I have go as far as to remove all profiles and start fresh. I will try removing the calendar database and let you know.

**UPDATED**
I opened DSM but cannot find an advance button that will allow me to ONLY delete the calendar database.

Question I don't know about this

Is it possible to use a different software for calendar items or is Outlook the only option?
