If I enter a new event in my 7100t, it wont show up in Outlook when I sync because Outlook doesnt even detect the new event in the 7100t. IF I add a new event in outlook that conflicts with the one I entered in the 7100t, only then does it detect and sync the event with Outlook. Is there a way to fix this? It's quite annoying to enter events in on the fly only to have them NOT show up when i sync.
