| Blackberry Email - Truncated XXXX Bytes Please Login to Remove! Hi Everyone,
I have searched for this on the blackberry forumn, but have not found an actual fix for this issue. One of our users has an issue where when he receives an email about 64KB long, it truncates the message and displays "Truncated XXXX Bytes". Auto More is enabled, and is working, as when I scroll down, the screen says "XXXX bytes more" or something to that effect, it auto receives the next chunk of the message.
It seems that the blackberry will not read anymore then the forst 30ish KB of an email. The user is currently using the Rogers BIS to receive his email. I did some testing with my blackberry (which is on out BES) and the same thing happens.
Is this something that the blackberries are hardwired to do? or is there a way to increase how much of a message is displayed before truncation happen?
And yes, I know 64kb of text is alot to read on a tiny little screen...
Thanks for any help.
