Default redirector

Please Login to Remove!

Hey everyone
I'm having a huge problem. whenever i click on the desktop redirector on my desktop i get an error message that says

"the instruction at 0x00435963 referenced memory at 0x8004010f. the memory could not be read. click ok to terminate.click cancel to debug."

I need help please

I'm usuing a blackberry 7250. os 4.0 and desktop manager 4.0

I had a similar problem....may need to do a complete uninstall (search here for instructions) and then reinstall the desktop manager....not too bad a process. Also to get the best uninstall, you may want to find and run a little utility called dbclean first. Makes the process faster.

thanx for the response. the problem is i have done a complete uninstall and reinstall and i still got that error message

Then itís potentially a hardware problem. You might want to check with your carrier.
