OK, I've read some messages here about everything related, and I don't want to use wireless email or data, I use mine as calendar/tasks/notes and a good phone with a nice screen and all that. BUT, I was lead to believe I could at least use my desktop usb connection to put emails from my outlook onto to blackberry for occasional reference/reading later. I don't need absolute syncing, I don't need to send emails from BB, just would like outlook inbox contents downloaded to BB over USB cable, at the time the calendar/tasks/notes sync up.

Is this possible or not, and how do I do it? Software is installed with desktop redirector chosen, I see email folder on the BB but no contents.

Ya gotta have a BB Data Plan for email, or BES.

It is not possible to move email over the USB.
