Default Help!

Please Login to Remove!

When I backed up my Blackberry, my computer frooze when it was downloading my info. When I restarted my computer and turned on my phone, my phone won't go to the main screen. It have a circle with a X around some picture with 507 under it. How do I load all my stuff back on my BB. Help please.

Unless the backup actually completed, it would be lost Sorry. You will need to reload the OS. 507 error is a corrupted operating system. Check the FAQ for instructions on reinstalling the OS.

Yikes I dont understand whats happening to all these corrupted os installs on the 7520 Mine worked flawlessly. I did it the very first day it was released.

Is there any reason to even install this update if everything is working fine and there is no apparent list of bug fixes or new functionality?

Download the new 7520 OS software from the 7520 link here and start the application icon in your desktop manager. It will realize the phone has a 507 and repair it.
