Unhappy Calendar items and adding events...

Please Login to Remove!

How does one add these:

1. Add religious events to calendar
2. Add a contact link to existing calendar event

Thanks!

1. The smart alec answer would be, "Just like any other event." But, if you're using Outlook, just add the religious dates by going to Options > Calendar Options > Add Holidays. That's the easiest method.

2. I don't follow. Are you talking about invitees?

sorry I should have been more clear

1. I added the generic items, I am referring to specific Christian events throughout the year - Maundry Thursday, Pentocast, Lent, etc.

2. I want the contact info injected into the event, i.e. numbers, email, etc. so I can just open the item and dial directly.

Outlook does add those holidays if you tell it to.

Not sure about adding contact info, apart from doing so manually. Sorry.

I dont see how outlook will add those items - it just gives me a choice of country and thats it - no option to add religious events.

Same list, filed with the Cs, Christian Religious Holidays. You can also add Jewish Religious Holidays.

NOTE: You'll get some of the more obscure holidays added to your calendar, so unless your particular faith tradition observes all the holidays, you'll probably end up deleting some entries.
