Hi everyone, I've had a quick search around but not found an answer to my query, but apologies if this has been asked before.

I manage a load of Blackberry's on two seperate BES's- having taken over from a colleague who left so I'm not quite up to speed yet. My problem is I replaced a colleagues 7230 with a 8800 using wireless reconcile - everything seemed OK. He's come back to me today saying that not all of his contacts had been transfered accross, I've found out that he used his old 7230 for all of his contacts, and it hadn't sync'd with Outlook in 2 years. The 8800 has copied 100 or so old contacts from Outlook, but there is a 1000 odd on the 7230. So I plugged the 7230 into the Desktop manager and made a backup, this part seems to have worked. Then I plugged in the 8800 and tried to restore it using the advanced options (contacts only), it seems to copy them across, but all it does is delete 100 odd on the 8800, and leave it empty. After a few minutes the 100 contacts re-appear - but no sight of the 1000 he needs.

Has anyone got any tips for me, what am I doing wrong?
