If you are using a corporate BES, try creating a new (MAPI) profile in your mail settings (control panel > mail). Then point your redirector to the new profile.
As we should probably all be aware, Blackberrys can be entirely RANDOM. Sometimes the fixes are mysterious. I had a similar problem this morning with a user's PIM settings. We gave the user a new device and the PIM became accessible, then gave them back their old device. All works ok now.
It seems that forcing a new device and new PIN through the system seems to dislodge something. Sorry I can't be any more specific than that, but our fixes happen more by luck than judgement (when we have exhausted the blackberry.com knowledgebase articles first of course).
