Default Weird full mailbox message

Please Login to Remove!

A helpful post from last August:


"I am getting a message from BB telling me my mailbox is full, and to login to my BB account and permanently delelte some messages.
I have deleted all msg's on my BB, how do I log into my account."


I am experiencing the same situation . . . response posts didn't include Cingular. Does anyone know how to logon to my Cingular BB account?

Here you go.... There should be a link from somewhere on the Cingular website that offers a page for your blackberry BWC. That is definately the problem. Your Blackberry Web Client is full im sure. It only holds 10mb if im not mistaking. Once in there you should just be able to clean house.

Actually, I think I just found the link.

There you should be able to get in. It is the email and password that you set up while configuring your handheld. Once in, clean out all of the stuff.

While you're in the web client site, you can also set it to permanenty delete from the web client inbox when you delete on your handheld... it's under PROFILE, Wireless Delete Options....
