I have an issue with the intellisync and my new BB 8830. When I sync my phone the time is changed to Eniwetok(-12) from eastern standard time (-5)

I don't know how to correct or change this from happening. It does scew up my appointment schedule if I forget to change it back and it is down right annoying!

Does anyone know how to correct this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When you sync, on that screen there is a check box to disable updating time and date.
