Default 8830 - need to play .wav voicemails

Please Login to Remove!

Any ideas for playing .wav voicemails that come from my voIP system as email attachments?

I believe you need Blackberry Enterprise Server to pull down the .wav file and play it back. You also need to be on BB OS 4.2... Those are the two big things....

I route my .wav voicemail files from an Avaya IP Office system to all employee e-mail boxes. We run Blackberry Enterprise Server here and those users with Blackberries normally just download the attachment and play it back without a problem when it arrives to them

I can play WAV files without BES. Just open attachment and listen.

Make sure BB Attachment Service is installed in your Service Books.
