I'm having a major issue...I got a laptop with Outlook 2007 installed and now whenever I try and Sync I get an error and Desktop Manager is crashes. I've tried all versions of the software SP1 and SP2 of V4.2. I have a Cingular 8100. Is there a fix for this? Has anyone else seen this? Thanks
BTW...I tried the re-send service books fix from other threads with no luck. I even tried re-starting the 8100. The only fix seems to be to uninstall and re-install the desktop software...but that works only once thus I need to re-install the software every time I want to sync. Please help!!
