Okay, I've seen the ads. I have that option on my 7290 that looks suspiciously like the Blackberry Browser. What in the hell is mMode? And why do we need it? I'm half-tempted to dump it and gain more space!

It is the ATT carrier browser. It automatically installs when your device is registered on the carrier network. If you have the BB browser, just hide the icon for it.
