I am supporting a user who has an odd problem.

Everything about the BB 6710 he uses is fine, except for the on-screen Help on the unit. Selecting that option shows a screen of gibberish. It's properly formatted gibberish, ie. you can see what are supposed to be individual lines of text, with spaces between the words, and you can select a line and go to the next screen - which is also gibberish.

Everything else about the unit works just fine, everything else shows up in the correct font. (The option for fonts on this unit just shows 1 choice, System.)

Any idea what causes this? Any idea how to fix it?
