i haave a problem with installing the new handheld software on my computer....desktop os 4.0..is already installed...but when trying to install the handheld software it shows me a "ERROR 1406, could write value Hardware ID to key Hkey....blabla..verify that you have sufficient acces to that key"...
what? is that? and what should i do now?

You could need admin rights on the PC to write to the registry.
