Default Pushing Service Books

** if any mods around can you change this to "Pushing Service Books General Questions"

Yes I did search but I'm looking for some general questions.

Pushing service books, does it compare them to what is already on your blackberry or do you need to delete all of the service books.

And if it overwrite your current service books. Will you lose your current messages. I'm having this problem with my last bis account (at the limit) and i had to delete one of the accounts, and then added a new additional one, but the mailbox of the newest has email from my previous email account despite the fact I can't even find the service book on my blackberry. This new yahoo account(believe I'm on bis 2.3 or 2.4 -the newest despite starting on 2.4 I was never asked to upgrade ..but hey instant push gmail is good!).

Is there anyway to push all the messages from my yahoo account(or even the new unread ones to my device)? I've tried recounciliating but its not working! Am I doing something wrong? Should I be doing something else other than recounciliating (not 100% sure on what it does) swore it cleaned up the mail boxes and synced them but it doesn't appear to be doing that.

My main question concerns service books and their function, maybe I should check a wiki for this but searching for service books pulls up numerious suggestion to fix problems but few answers for me.

Thanks in advance.
