Default Playing wav files?????

Please Login to Remove!

Hi All!

I am a newbie to BB. I am trying to play the .wav format file through...

Player p = Manager.createPlayer(inputStream,"audio/x-wav");

but it throws an exception unsupported content type - audio/x-wav

Can someone plz throw some light on it.

Is it possible to play .wav format files on BB simulators

if yes, plz send me some pointers.

Thanks & Regards

Try using this class instead: net.rim.plazmic.mediaengine
Let me know if this works.

Thumbs up Retrieve WAV file voicemail on BlackBerry handheld

From a BlackBerry using the itrezzo Applet, you can click on the .wav attachment and have it call your cell phone and play you the message.
