Default BES connection issues

Don't know if this forum is the right place but it's a problem that's bugging me.
I have 3 users, all on the 7100 series, who exist outside the carrier for the bes server. Carrier is O2.

Most of the people in the Dublin office are moving to 7100's and they work with no problem, but their carrier is also O2.

Has anyone else heard of problems connecting users from other carriers to the O2 network?
EDIT: one person is on Cingular in the states, the other two are vodophone uk

BTW the last bes server I administered, in the USA, had multiple user's on different carriers. One caveat I noticed in the paper work for O2 was "network connection limitations may apply"

Anyone? buehler?

you never mentioned what the problem is?

BTW you should be able to add any user regardless of the Wireless Carrier they are on on one BES.

There should be no problems with blackberries with other carrier SIMs (non O2) within them...the only thing it could be would be the device provisioning and how possibly these new devices are not setup for enterprise use. 7100's are sold as BWC products by default and are provisioned in the same way...
Best bet is to contact the relevant foreign mobile network and ask kthem to ensure the devices are setup for the right services..enterprise & prosumer

Hope this helps
