| when the BB is connected, look in your Device Manager under USB Devices and see if you notice something like "RIM Handheld". Try removing the USB cable and re-inserting it into the BB while looking at that section of the Device Manager on the PC and see if you notice any changes, if not, then use a different USB port, your USB port is not working properly.
I am assuming your blackberry is working fine? if not then it could be an issue with your handheld, try using javaloader and wiping the handleld and when you get the 507 Error, then try the redirector, but if its working fine, then don't go through all this because after you get the 507 Error if there is a problem with your USB port, you might not be able to install the OS using that PC. |
