Default email trouble on 7520

Please Login to Remove!

Very new to blackberry and not very "techy" - I am the first one in the office to try it out. I am having trouble setting up the email.

I am able to receive emails and reply to them with no problem. However, I cannot send a new email. If I try to send an email, the message comes back to my BB about 3 hours later telling me "failed-timed out".

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also... I added my outlook email account to the blackberry email. I am receiving all of my email from my office, even all of the junk mail. Anyway to have outlook detect the spam before it is sent to my BB?

looks like a service book issue since emails are routed to your BB using the PIN but when you send an email out, you use the Service Book, delete the Webclient CMIME service book and resed it to the handheld and make sure the "Message Service" is set to web client.
