Default Uncaught exception: java.lang.NullPointerException

Please Login to Remove!

My 7250 ver. 4.0.1 used to work wonderfully...however, now when I try to access the Help section on my handheld by selecting the question mark icon on the handheld desktop, I keep getting the following error message: uncaught exception: java.lang.NullPointerException -- any ideas what happened? I used the BB Help option a lot since I'm so new! Any help is appreciated!

Thanks!

I get this messge also. It started when I installed BBCorrector. I posted a message to that fact hoping someone may have a solution. It goes away if you delete BBCorrector.
