i cant figure out how to download stuff, iv'e ben trying to upgrade my OS, i click on "get software" i put in my pone number, i click on Deak top manager" it tels me about the software, and that is as fa as i go, how do i get to the part whare it downloads? im relly confused.

The Desktop Manager software is the tool used to install the Handheld OS to the BlackBerry. You will need to select the other link for the actual OS file. niik, make sure you are attempting to download from and to your PC, not from your BB.

If you are trying to upgrade your OS, download the new OS file to your computer. Click the file to extract it and to install it to your PC. Then open Desktop Manager and you should get a notice that you have upgrades to make.
